We get it! Life gets busy, but please be mindful of the time we set aside for your appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel, we respectfully ask for a 24 hour notice. A 50% fee of your scheduled appointment will be charged to your credit card if you cancel within 24 hours of your reserved time.

It is really important to us that you love your hair! If you are not totally in love with the work that has been done, please call us within the week of your appointment, we will make it right. Color services can not be guaranteed without the use of the products that we use at our salon.
